SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIME FRAMES COULD TAKE LONGER.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Expect lengthy delays on all International shipments from South Africa. This is due to the limited routing options available at the present time along with lockdown scenarios in receiving countries.

All items listed as part of the One of a Kind collection will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order and your cleared payment received – Monday to Friday 9h00 to 17h00, excluding public holidays.
All items ordered from other collections (Secret Garden, Put a Ring on it & Tricks Up My Sleeve) are made to order and will be shipped once completed, 10 - 14 days after placing your order.
Delivery times of custom-made jewellery will be communicated via email as each piece will have unique requirements in the process of bringing it to life.
You will receive an email as soon as your jewellery is shipped, providing you with shipping details.
Local shipping (South Africa): depending on how central or remote your delivery address is your parcel should reach you within 2-5 days after it has been shipped.
International shipping: please contact me via email so I can provide you with shipping options and send you a separate invoice.

Note: International orders could be liable for customs and import duties, as required by your local authorities. Take the time to find out what this would entail, since it is not something Adi Cloete Jewellery can be held liable for.
